At Scooterworks USA, LLC, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
